The alleged rape happened in 1974 plaintiff claims, after Cosby asked her to accompany him for his friend’s boat party.

However, when she arrived at hotel where Mr.Cosby was staying, she was met by Cosby, dressed in a bathrobe and he violently grabbed her and immediately sexually attacked her.

According to McKee comedian violently lifted her dress and pulled down her panties, the lawsuit says, and “proceeded to forcibly rape her” which was “shocking, scary and horrible.”

-Mr.Cosby was wild and aggressive, and was acting nothing like the man Ms. McKee had known professionally.

Cosby faces multiple lawsuits as the result of the allegations. His attorney, Martin Singer has denied all those allegations as groundless.
