I recommend doing the rites in the morning rather than the evening, because they do stoke your energy. Begin by practicing five to seven repetitions of each rite, and build up to 21 reps.

All FIVE TIBETAN RITES exercise takes between 12 to 20 minutes depending upon your mood physical as well as mental.

Morning is the best time to do FIVE TIBETAN RITES mainly because it boosts your energy level; nevertheless, you can do it any time you want to.

If you new to FIVE TIBETAN RITES, start with as many repetition as you up to – could be just couple of – but increase to 21. There is no explanation to why it should be 21 times, just keep it that way.

BREATHING is extremely important part of the FIVE TIBETAN RITES

Always breathe in deeply in a way that your lungs are completely filled with air. 

Try to exhale completely.

Tibetan Rite Rite 1

Breathing: Inhale and exhale deeply through your nose as you spin.

Tibetan Rite Rite 2

Breathing: Breathe in deeply through your nose as you lift your head and legs, and exhale with hissing sound through your mouth as you lower them.

Tibetan Rite Rite  3

Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose as you arch your spine and exhale with hissing sound through your mouth as you return to an erect position.

Tibetan Rite Rite 4

Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose as you rise up into the pose, hold your breath as you tense your muscles, and breathe out fully exhale with hissing sound through your mouth as you come down.

Tibetan Rite Rite 4

Breathing: Inhale deeply through your nose as your rise up into upward-facing dog; breathe out fully exhale with hissing sound through your mouth as you push back into downward-facing dog.
