A new traffic pattern is in place on the Cross Bronx Expressway southbound approaching the Major Deegan Expressway. As a result, two lanes to the left of the workzone and one lane to the right of the workzone will be open to traffic. Drivers will have access to both levels of the George Washington Bridge.
